Panic Symptoms
During a panic attack people may experience the following symptoms.
Not all symptoms are necessary to experience a panic attack and different
individuals may experience different combination of symptoms:

Shortness of breath

Increased heart rate

Dizziness or feeling "light headed"

"Tingling" or numb feeling in the fingers or
toes

Tightness of the chest

Choking
-
Feeling like about to faint

Sweating
-
Trembling or shaking
-
Hot or cold flushes
-
Perception that the surroundings are
"unreal"
-
Dryness of the moth
-
Nausea
-
"Wobbly" or unsteady legs
-
Blurry vision
-
Muscle tension
-
Feelings of inability to speak or deal with a
situation
-
Feelings that something horrible is about to happen
(e.g., death, going mad, heart
attack...etc).
